Air Boss DI3000
The Air Boss DI3000 is a Industrial Media Air Cleaner engineered to deliver clean air in industrial manufacturing or processing settings. Applications include:
- Smoke and Dust Contaminants
- Oil Mist
- Diesel Fumes
- Welding Smoke and Fumes
- Printing Powder
- Cannabis Cultivation
Dirty air is drawn through both ends of the DI3000 and passes through two stages of filtration - pleated prefilters to remove 3-10 micron dust particles, followed by multi-pocket bag filters to collect smoke and fume particles down to 0.3 microns. The filtered air then enters the blower - located in the center of the unit - and is discharged to atmosphere through an adjustable grill.

The unit can be either wall-mounted utilizing the leg support assembly, chain-hung, or suspended from threaded rod. Eyebolts are supplied with the unit. All materials used for mounting and suspending the unit must be able to support the weight of the unit and the material collected.
